  • 2 or more years of experience providing high-level electrical and mechanical maintenance support to navigate the complexities of our manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision on our 2nd shift team is required
  • Pay is up to $40/hr + $1.50/hr for 2nd shift premium
  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
  • No remote as this is an onsite only position
  • Full-time Permanent W-2 employee

This is a 2nd shift only position, with shifts focused on maintaining optimal equipment and facilities. You'll report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and often work independently, requiring you to be a proactive self-starter. Frequent overtime is available, adding to your earning potential.

 

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate include the following:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, utilizing various testing and measuring tools
  • Troubleshoot and maintain PLC controllers and other process equipment
  • Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to guide maintenance tasks
  • Adhere to ISO quality and safety protocols, contributing to a strong operational culture

 

The background of the successful candidates must include the following:

  • 2+ years of prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong electrical background
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a self-starter
  • A solid, stable work history (no job hoppers)
  • A US citizen or possess a green card
  • A residence within a commutable distance to the Oconomowoc, Wisconsin area
