Piper Electric Co., Inc., a Crete United Company is a trusted leader across commercial, industrial, oil & gas, and service electrical work throughout the Denver metro area. As our service and project operations continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews, drive productivity, and uphold Piper’s standards for safety, quality, and performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a foreman who takes pride in developing people, running efficient jobs, and delivering consistent results in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, schedule, and lead daily field operations including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
• Supervise and mentor electrical crews while promoting safe, efficient, and code-compliant installations
• Ensure work meets NEC standards, Piper Electric quality expectations, and project specifications
• Monitor field productivity and balance quality vs. production to meet schedule and budget targets
• Utilize basic job cost and material data to support profitability and control material usage
• Coordinate with project management, service leadership, and operations to resolve field issues
• Support work across commercial, industrial, service, and oil & gas divisions as needed

What You Bring

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License
• 3+ years of foreman or field leadership experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
• Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Proven ability to lead crews, maintain accountability, and drive jobsite performance
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
