The Maintenance Electrical Technician is responsible for maintaining all end of line test (EOLT) equipment throughout the facility as well as troubleshooting and analyzing tester issues as they arise. The Electrical Maintenance Technician is also responsible for repairing fixtures associated with the test process and other assembly related fixtures. This position will work hand in hand with the Manufacturing Engineers to help implement new products and improve existing processes.
· Confers with various manufacturing department establishing an effective working relationship, thus eliminating potential problems through lack of communication.
· Function as a team member by assisting fellow workers in completing job assignments.
· Perform reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility equipment
· Procure purchase parts when necessary.
· Helps maintain building and facility.
· Oversee grounds related projects including lighting, pond, lawn and snow removal.
· Operates all power equipment and hand tools.
· Utilize Excel to analyze tester data
· Recommends and performs preventative maintenance on equipment
· Analyze repair methods for effectiveness and recommends improvements for higher quality.
· Disassembles equipment and analyzes cause for failure; recommends preventative maintenance.
· Confers with various manufacturing department establishing an effective working relationship, thus eliminating potential problems through lack of communication.
· Function as a team member by assisting fellow workers in completing job assignments.
· Actively solves problems, and plans (labor and equipment).
· Utilized computers to create reports for various departments throughout the organization.

The budgeted range for this role is $25 USD - $35 USD per hour. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the desired level of experience for the position.
